Yesterday I was on the SCS.co.uk site looking at sofas and there was one I thought looked good which was about £1200

The site mentioned they had some super sale from 10-10 today, so I went on today and the same sofa is £2500!

I just wanted to check I wasn't mistaken - Is there a way you can view an entire website via google cache from 24 hours ago?

I had to log in just to write this..

Their usual price is RRP £1200
Their "sale price" is RRP £2400

LOL

And ouch, you've missed out , maybe call them up and see if they'll honour yesterdays price?

I'm not desperate really, I thought it was illegal to hike prices during a sale?

According to money savings expert, Black Friday or Boxing Day sales are when you get the actual cheapest prices.

A friend of mine had a similar experience, she had seen a sofa for a cheaper price but when they went back again, it had gone up. They just asked if they could have it at the sale price and were told yes. I believe it was with DFS.
