I need SSD with longest battery life.

Liteon CV1-8B512:
Idle 2mW, Typ 0.25 w (no real life test)
Samsung 960 Pro:
Idle 40mW, Typ 5.1 w 317 min
Samsung SM961:
Idle 25 mW, Typ 5.9 w 358 min

Liteon has lower power consumption but samsung use 3D V-Hand tech which increases battery life.

So who have longer battery life in real time?

You’ll make a bigger dent in battery life by turning brightness down and disabling unused devices such as BT or Wi-fi and using a better power saving profile. Unless you are NASA and sending the laptop to outer space or another mission critical application as we’re talking relatively low power comparisons here. Besides if your workload is IO intensive then a faster drive may be idle longer, you can’t just look at the figures you quote in isolation.
