Well you can argue that the Apps on the ATV will get regular updates over the years as opposed to the ones on a Smart TV. But tbh, unless you're in the Apple ecosystem in regards to movies & music, just stick with your TV.

For only £20 difference, I went for the 64GB. Now I have it, I don’t see the point going for the extra.
