Windows capability is turned off

Hello

As you can see i have Wi-Fi turned on but on the bottom right it says off.

Any ideas

What OS are you running and is it up to date?

I would go into the Device Manager and check for updated drivers for the network adapter and reboot (if you haven't already).

What is your laptop brand and model?

If it's a laptop make sure that you've used the FN+wifi button as well as checking to see if there's a hardware button somewhere. Older Lenovo laptops, for instance, have a slide under the keyboard at the front.

Have you tried turning it on from the bottom right-hand side without going to the settings page? normally you can just click on/off
