Where do I get a reliable CPU Voltage reading?

Hello OC! I have read numerous threads and guides covering overclocking. All of them indicate "safe" CPU voltages. That's fine. However, how do I reliably read CPU voltage? What I input in BIOS is different to what BIOS reads. Core Temp, CPUID etc. all give different values that are inconsistent. Which one is the most reliable? The difference is ~+/-0.05V it seems.

I always go off the CPUID voltage which I believe is what you see in the bios. You could use a DVM if you knew the measure point but the tolerance on the DVM .... Would need to be good and calibrated. Keep it simple and use CPUID.
