Where is the Windows 10 "Windows Experience Index"?

On Windows 7, if you press the icon at the bottom left of the screen, right click on "Computer" and select "Properties", amongst other exciting things you will see something described as the "Windows Experience Index". Clicking on this will give you two measures for the Graphics card's performance in a range from 1.0 to 7.9.

I can't immediately see anything equivalent for Windows 10 - is it hidden somewhere else?

I am interested because I am trying to decide which of two graphics cards I have to hand I should put in a newly built system.

TIA :)

Thanks, I have just tried that - twice.
"winsat prepop" appeared to work fine, it took about one minute and 25 seconds (1:25).
However, the Get-WmiObject -class Win32_WinSat gave figures of zero for the WEI results?
