House wired for alarm - convert to USB to power smart alarm panel?

Looking to go down the budget Smart alarm route in my new build which has been wired with 6 core alarm cable but not used it yet.

Kerui W18 is the alarm panel I’m looking at which requires micro USB power.

Given I have powered cable running to next to my front door could I convert this so I could use it to power this Wireless system?

The PIRs they supply are battery powered (3xAAA) but wondering if I can utilise the 6 core again just for power purposes?

Any suggestions welcomed

Have you looked into the Konnected.io? That would allow you to use wired PIR's. I've got it setup using a development board, however they now sell their own boards.

Works really well for us.
