Does anyone have any frame stuttering issues since the latest patch? I find it gradually gets worse the more I play it. I have a decent setup and all other games play fine.

There is a memory leak in this game that can appear on occasion, very annoying when it does. I normally need to restart my game every 3 hours or so but other than that its smooth

Got it, welcome :)

Get on discord as well if you aren't already and say hello, normally loads of discussion each day, some games/raids etc.

Can anyone explain how the expansions work?

Basically "Expansion Pass" is on sale on the store. Is this Expansion Pass 1 and 2? Or it's own expansion?

Confused!

expansion pass is for the base game and needed to play forsaken
annual pass for forsaken is the extra paid for dlc that will roll out over the next year

Am I understanding this right? New players can pick up Destiny 2 + the two expansions + Forsaken for £50 (or even less from cdkeys) but me as a player that paid £40 for Destiny 2 base + £30 for the expansion pass now need to shell out another £35 for Forsaken?...I mean wow...I was tempted as it sounds positive but that is massively off putting.

Is it actually worth jumping back in?

Grrr that really riles me, those who jumped in early get screwed as usual...sigh...still tempted though :(
yeh i wasnt happy about that, but seems to be becoming the norm, look at the new ubi games, they are now £100 for the complete edition and thats without the new trend for annual pass's.

But forsaken is amazing, the main quest is the best Destiny quest so far and the extra content is great, so it has already paid for itself in terms of hours played, as i cant seem to play anything else at the mo.

Had a bash at this at EGX last week, albeit on console so I was terrible but really enjoyed it.

is it a game you can play SP or does it always need to be online?
The console needs to be online but if you don't want to socialise you could play the game, some end game content is for teams of 3 or 6. Join up to the Discord and the clan, there's always a group of us online.. Jump into a chat and join in on the madness!

I don't mind playing online, basically my gaming time is really limited and wasn't sure if I could dip in and out as time allows.
I'm like that, I do a few hours here or there. Generally being in a group helps out as they can drag you through missions that you would generally struggle with (if you ask nicely).
