Internet Browsers - GDPR and ad blocking notice work arounds

Is there a solution to all this nonsense? I'm getting irked by:

- Having to manually click GDPR cookie acceptance on every new site I visit
- Getting telling-off pop-ups by websites for using an ad blocker

In the latter scenario I tend to just copy and paste the URL from Chrome to Edge, but I'm hoping there's a simpler more streamlined solution to stop being hassled for browsing the net for both issues.

I'm not actually adverse to ads except for sites like YouTube, which really take the **** but seem happiest with being ad-blocked. Similar story with cookies - I can blindly accept them all or have none at all. What really irks me is the GDPR permission I have to keep giving/refusing.
