Spec Recomendations to run OBS Studio.....

ok so my son wants to be a Youtuber!

He currently has an Xbox one ... and wants to live stream and record videos from it.

He has been saving the clips from Xbox onto a memory stick and we have been editing the video on my PC no problem ... but he also wants to livetream (not using mixer) from the Xbox himself with another computer running OBS.

I was thinking of making him a little setup so he can do it all himself - saves using my PC.

Whats the minimum spec
PC
Laptop
required just to stream to and run OBS Studio - the machine wont be playing the games... just runnning OBS.

Want to edit in the system, or maybe game on their such as Fortnite the. 2400g and 16GB of ram .

WiFi on the board, as well as small form factor. Could also up the quality of the capture card , £150 odd though

Seems 3400/3200g is on the cards but no idea if launch is 7th of July like other new ryzen chips, but they don't have internal GPU on them .

Board has both DP and HDMI along with WiFi
