They want to use onboard graphics.

Terrible.
The 2700x does not have intergrated graphics, and is massivly overkill for "internet, and there business stuff".
A 650w PSU is again overkill for a build with no dedicated GPU.
Motherboard is fine.
Case is fine.
The stock coolers that come with the AMD chips will be ample for your use case.
You can easily get cheaper 3000mhz RAM and you wont see the difference.
The 970 Evo is massivly overpriced you can get double the space for less.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £526.10 (includes shipping: £13.20)

If ocuk can confirm an up to date bios you can go cheaper on the board with something like an ASRock B450M Pro 4 for £71. No need to spend over £100 on a board.

No need for an expensive case either as no gpu and a lower end cpu means it will run cool anyway. Something around the £30 mark for a basic case is all you need.

I doubt they need NVMe unless they are moving large files around ? A cheap SATA like the Team Group L5 or WD Blue SSD would do ok.

Like the previous replies.....

- No integrated graphics so get a 2200g or 2400g for more mobo compatibility.

- Any B450 motherboard will be fine and you don't one with the most up to date bios.

-Don't really need cpu cooler, stock is fine.

-PSU wattage is overkill and even a good quality 300w is fine.

-NVMe ssd is great but most people will be fine with sata ssd and right now 500gb is the best value.
