I was gifted a Corsair K68 earlier in the year and it's seen daily gaming use every day since February. Last Friday however whilst in the middle of a game my D key collapsed in on itself and it seems that the central column has crumbled on one side. So looking at my warranty leaflet I submitted a help request on the Corsair site on the 18th....I've had no response at all and going back to a membrane keyboard after getting used to my first mechanical is doing my head in!
Am I supposed to immediately get a ticket from Corsair? Is there anything else I can do? How long should i be waiting for a response?
