Was not really sure which section to post this question in so decided on this one.
Just purchased a synology ds218+ and slowly but surely getting my head round it. loaded some home movies onto it and if i watch them direct on my laptop using the nas installed video ststion package the video is displayed in the correct orientation, however if i then go to my tv and playback the video it is displayed on its side and i have no idea how to get round this.........
