Reliable Motherboard for 3600

Looking to get either a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 7 3700X

Confused about motherboards.

Requirements:

Reliable
No overclocking ever.
Intel Networking
Bluetooth & WiFi would be good.
Not gaming or any extra drives beyond 1 M.2
Not fussed at formfactor, but don't want a huge tower.
Don't want to waste money on RGB. It is going under a desk never to be seen.

The Tomahawk max was what I was going to recommend if you was on a budget.

+1 for the tomahawk max, provided you decide you're ok without having wifi. I did my build back in October, paired with a 3700x and I'm happy.

It's got realtek LAN though chaps, so the Tomahawk and Mortar are going to be out.

edit, just found a list of B450 boards with Intel LAN.

The pro carbon from that list can be updated without a CPU, not sure on the rest. It may be a gamble to get one that ships with a 3000 series compatible bios.

These are the best two B450 ATX boards as far as I'm aware. The MSI can be updated without CPU, as pandem0nium mentioned.
