Help With Ram

I currently have 2 sticks of 8gb ram

would like to install another 16gb but they don't do these anymore

which other 16gb could I run along side what I already have at the moment

Technically any DDR4 that meets or exceeds the same speed and has the same or lower timings should work.

But generally it's not recommended to mix different modules together like this.
As chip and pcb types differ and consistency can greatly vary between brands and models.

You would be at the mercy of the weakest performing DIMM module(s) basically.

If your motherboard is daisychain then you would be better off running 2x 16gb and ideally want 3200+ you could then sell on your old ram.

Hi - I'm in the exact same boat, with the exact same memory as you budweiser28 (See my thread here: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/question-about-compatability.18879231/).

Maybe you could sell yours to me, or I could sell mine to you, and the other one of us picks up a new 32gb kit? I'd be happy either way around - we can do it through the member's market?
