Order taking nearly 1 week to ship

I placed order on The 13/05/2020 it is now almost a week and still the items haven’t been shipped. I have phoned to confirm all item are in stock. Also it took almost 1 hour to get through to sales via telephone.

In April last month I placed an order and that got shipped same day

Sure some people live in cave, at least you won't get covid whist you are in there...

No consolation but placed 2 order this week both shipped same working day delivered the next

There's a pandemic going on.Give them a buzz and ask politely, then have a bit of patience.

I was told on Thursday that it will be shipped either Friday or Saturday. Still says “Order received - not yet shipped“

The sales person on the phone said, it’s printed and just need to ship it. Also because I’m working, I might not be home when DPD arrive. I have someone home last week and was hoping it would be shipped.

Then it might be the delivery company not the place you buying from.

But wouldn’t I get an email saying “Your Order has been packed and is in the process of being shipped.“

You need to ask the place you ordered from. Nobody in here is going to be able to answer you. If you ordered it from OcUK ask in their customer services thread.

I ordered a new build on 25th April,was delivered 15th May,about 15 working day's as pointed out on the store page,i'm very happy with that,just chill mate,i'm sure there are many many other's in the same boat.
