TV spec £700 - £1k. Full requirements in post.

Hi All,

I am looking for a new TV for my reasonably sized master bedroom. Been a while since I last went tele shopping, requirements/ variables:

Budget: £700 - £1k ish.
55 - 65 inches.
Will be used fundamentally for streaming content i.e. Netflix/ Disney etc.
TV will be mounted to a wall.
TV will be connected to a SKY mini box.
I'll look to add a soundbar quickly after.
Viewing will be head on, roughly at 4 meters.
Majority of viewing will likely be in the dark.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

LG OLED B9 55" can be had for £998 currently.

Personally I would've said 65" XF90, 4m is a huge distance for 55", but obviously PQ of B9 is better.

Hi All, So my LG B9 should be arriving anytime this afternoon. Looking at a sound solution, I am very tempted by the Sonos beam + x2 SYMFONISK Table lamps. Seems convenient and i'm budgeting around £700. Are there any other obvious setups I should consider before i pull the trigger? Thanks.

You can easily get a decent 5.1 setup (avr+sub+5 speakers) for that money, much better than soundbars in any case. Only reason not to would be the aestethic I guess. Wharfedale are great for little spend.
