As the title says. Running with Ryzen 5 3600 and a 1660 super on a pro carbon ac mobo
450W plus Gold ok for gaming at 1080p?

i run a 3700 overclocked and a gtx 1080 ti plus 6 fans 4 drives and full watercooling on a 600 bronze

Should be fine with it for that spec although it maybe worth going a bit higher if you intend to get a more powerful CPU and Gpu down the road.
Should be 150W+ of headroom there.
I run a stock Ryzen 2600 and an underclocked/undervolted 5700 XT (for noise reasons, rather than power) on a Corsair CX450M with no issues. While I know Wattman isn't the most reliable means of measuring power, my current GPU settings top out at 150W. So total system is likely 300W or less.

Ended up going with a SeaSonic CORE GM 500 W 80+ Gold Certified. I'm thinking of a RTX 2060 super now though lol
