Three pin fan to USB convertor cable?

Hello everyone, is it possible to get a three pin fan to USB converter cable (which would plug into normal USB receptacle socket?

Yes it is. The fan though would need to be 5v or at least run at 5v, not a guarantee with all fans.

most are 12v but will run at lower voltage......at 7v most are fine but not all will run with only 5v through them.

You can get USB powered fans without the need for adapter

Well, you're are not going to like this, but I was looking into passive NUC type cases, the Akasa ones get good reviews. No real downsides except the m2/sata drives can run hot. So, maybe I could rig an external fan.

Completely unprofessional, but on-one will see it behind the TV
