MSI Gaming laptop losing connection when gaming even though I'm connected to the internet?

I recently bought a MSI gaming laptop - 2 months ago - I haven't really played online games till now. And now I'm trying to go online it says my connection has dropped, even though it shows I am still connected. My phone is connected to the same internet. It's 100% not the internet, we had that fixed last week! I mainly want to get onto the FiveM server I'm in but within minutes it'll say connection lost! My younger sibling tried to play Roblox and within minutes, connection lost error. My wifi has full bars when it's losing connections. I'm unsure how to fix it!

Have you tried a wired connection directly to the router, this will show if it is purely a wifi or wider issue.
