Gonna have some updates here soon, today was my first gym workout since pre lockdown. Worked up to a set of 5 at 140kg on the bench so this year's best of 150kg is close, shouldn't be too far away from a PB either.
Squat tomorrow if the rack is free, if not I'll deadlift.

New years best for squat and deadlift and a new PB for the bench, back into the 600 club too. Heavier at the moment but the waist is trimmer. Probably best I have ever looked.

can I have some of your bench please. our other lifts are so similar and then your bench just comes marching into the room.

Join the club. Bench is my nemesis, bloody long ape-like arms doesn't help.
If I can keep myself under 95kg and break 650kg total I will be very happy. I know if I let myself bulk back to my 100kg+ days I can move more, but ugh, can't be arsed with eating so much! I already eat around 4k calories a day...
If you added a bit more to your bench your total starts to get very sexy.
