1080p 60hz on my pc tv monitor or 4K 60hz if the misses is not watching tv on our main tv.

Im not a big gamer so could never justify spending money on overpriced dedicated monitors.

I may end up getting a newer tv that supports 4K 120hz freesync, but highly doubt I’ll by a high refresh monitor as they are too expensive for what they are as are the gpu’s required to feed them.

4k-60 and 3200x1800 60

Some games are fine on the Vega at 4k and can maintain 60hz, others not so much so dropping the res down a bit helps.

Upgraded to 4k60 about a year ago. Thought 4k was too much at the time and would instead end up playing games at 1080p.

Still gave it a go at 4k and never went back. 4k60 is now baseline for me. I don't play competitive games very often so I can live with 60hz but definitely it would be nice to have 120hz. Seems like good value options for 4k120 are never gonna be released :p.

1080 @ 120hz, tho I never seem to reach 120 fps, always end up playing games too demanding for my current rig, usually end up hitting between 70-90 fps, hoping to upgrade cpu at next lot of ryzens but as much as I would like to go to 1440 I cant see me getting a rig together that would do good fps for a high refresh rate at that rez.

1440p at above 100 FPS. I only really play online shooters on a mixture of medium and high settings.

It looks like high refresh 4k monitors at a reasonable price are still years away and even then for gaming on a 24 inch monitor (as is my preference) I am not even sure the upgrade will be noticeable.

1080p60 for simracing as my rig has my old lcd tv on it. I'd love to upgrade to a higher res and higher refresh rate ultrawide but it's not going to happen anytime soon.
1440p60 is my main monitor which I use for mouse/kb games (monitor is used mostly for photography/photoshop/3d so colour accuracy > refresh rate)
4k60 on my TV and used for any gaming I can do with a controller.

1440p as it's a significant upgrade on 1080p without being as demanding as 4K
Variable rate (high) refresh as I can't stand tearing. Used to be a vsync gamer when stuck at 60Hz

1440p 75hz on my middle 32" AOC monitor playing most games.

1440p 75hz triple screen in some driving sims when my gfx card isn't crying out in pain.

When it's struggling to maintain 75fps I'll drop to triple 1080p, wihch is a little bit blurry on a 32" monitor.
