Best 90mm Fan with simple 2 pin connector?

Little project - Upgrade the cheapo "personal air cooler" device I bought for £15 a few years back. I'm sure with some better media for the "wet pad" and a better fan, I can get something useful from this thing.

Its more for fun than anything.

But I need a good fan to replace the clearly terrible one that came with it. It connects to the control board with a very simply 2 pin connector though, so that's about the only limitation.
EDIT: I guess anything is fine as long as I can just take the Live and Ground wires and put them into the old connector? I assume the 3rd and 4th wires are to control RPM and RGB or something?

Any suggestions?

Yep, the 3rd wire is for RPM sensing and the 4th is for PWM control. Just the first two are needed to actually run the fan.
Yes, Noctua themselves got back to me to confirm it doesn't refuse to play without those other 2 wires.

Just ordered it. Can't wait to have a play with this ****** "personal cooler".

Now I just need to find a material that will wick up water AND allow airflow through it...... Attempt #1 will be cellulose sponge.
