I thought the kid actors were great! I get your point about the renovation work etc, but meh - it was just a plot device to get them into the house and stay there.

Enjoyed it overall but the first half was definitely better than the second, also the ghosts started getting daft.

Yes, i preferred the glimpse of ghosts., not full on walking around, but holy poop the sisters car ride made me leap off the chair

Great TV, but don't think a S2 is needed. Although Amytiville used the house of evil as a draw and traumatised different families. That worked for a while until they milked it to death.

Oh, btw just finished this tonight - took about 2 weeks

Bent neck lady was the stand out episode. I didn't expect that at the end, very well done.
