Never had a problem with Seasonics & fan noise in the years I've owned them. The middle to high end models have a button that turns the PSU fan off at idle or light loads. Dont go for the S12III or M12III though, they are made to a price & are not that good. You may find if Seasonic is the OEM for a 3rd party PSU make it could have this feature too. The superflowers have this feature too.
Bequiet are just that but short warranty. Cant vouch for Corsair as I've not bought one since I had 2 fail.
