RTX 3080 88.3 fps (126.50%)
RTX 2080 (best) 69.8 fps (100%)

People won't believe you lol even though I know this is coming, this is what happens when you overhype a product, AMD are generally good at that but with the pressure Nvidia are under with AMDs imminent release they had to get something out there pronto lol, can see this backfiring up someone's ass lol.

I'm not quite sure if I've got this correct but to me it would seem that ocuk are offering pre orders for the cards but are also saying that the current prices listed are not final? Also from what I have seen there is no guarantee on a delivery date? In addition to this it seems the 3080 is about 30% quicker than the 2080ti isn't that just what we would have expected from a new generation of card however this is not based off any reviewer benchmarks? Based on all of this I think people who pre order are a bit crazy?

I see the Asus 3080 ROG Strix OC has gone up from £799 to £849

No surprises there, they're ratcheting away at the price like usual, because as usual they'll say "not much stock". A gpu release must be like an etailers wet dream knowing they can just crank away at pricing and fire out the usual deluge of excuses as to why the price shot up.

Looks like the Gigabyte Aorus 3080 is going to be 4 slots.
They never been any good anyway

I dont trust gigabyte anymore.
Terrible temps on my 1080ti free ven with 2.5 slots

I found software bug in their software were I could run my 1080ti at 95c without the fans turning on
Reported it they couldn't reproduce after a video I provided. I went back and forth for 3 weeks. I only asked for acknowledgement I found the bug in their release notes.

One week later it was patched and no acknowledgement.

Done same with a motherboard bug were I found vcore going to 1.7v on x370. Went back and forth again for over a month. Just asked for acknowledgement. 3 weeks later fixed and no acknowledgement.

I've been happy with their windforce 3-fan 1080 and 2080 cards. They worked as expected, very easy to resell as well. Maybe I just had low expectations.
