Removing Corsair Lightining Node Core

Hello,

I recently built a new system but didn't upgrade my GPU due to the 30 series being imminent, I have now found out that fitting the 3080 (my chosen card) in my Corsair 220t case is going to be rough (I have a front mounted AIO too). Therefore I am having to buy a new case and am looking at the NZXT 710i. I already have 5 corsair RGB fans (2 on AIO, 3 on case) and I want to reuse my Corsair Lighting Node Core and these fans in my new case, does anyone know if it's possible to remove the Lighting core from the 220t and use it in another case for controlling my RGB fans? I know NZXT has its own software for the LED strips but this isn't an issue for me.

Thank you
