Hi, my samsung s5 neo has died (after i dropped it and broke the screen!) Does anyone know of a sub £100 smartphone that could replace it please? I realise i may be after too much for 100, but odeally im after:
Android phone
4g (as opposed to 3g or 5g, not 4gb of ram!)
smartphone - for WhatsApp, checking the news, faceache all that sort of stuff
not worried about music, i have another device for that
RAM - i dont know. much as poss i guess internal without expansion. My bug bear on this is my samsung was never clever enough to realise when it ran out of internal space for apps it should put them on the memory card instead, so i was constantly binning photos to ensure apps worked,
my other option is to hit the high street for one of these repair places and see if they can sort a screen (ismash dont stock screens for this model, and the EE people said no problem but of course we will wipe every single piece of data off your phone. Not we may, not its a danger, but we are going to do it before we even start to think about what may be wrong with your screen)
