Yea so pls stay away 2080ti owners you have no need. Im 3 years upgrade due.
Found the box in the dustiest most cobweb filled part of the loft. Took me two hours to find, and was literally the last place to look. Now I just got to hope I can get stock!
So glad I got the 750W PSU 5 years ago!
Are you sure you aren't projecting? I have a 2080 Ti and am in no wise bitter. A new product does better and costs less. Whoopie do. Last time there was no competition; now there is. I've had two years' gaming on my 2080 Ti.

If you want to stay in the nvidia boat, and want a new card, the 3080 (currently) is the new 2080 and the 3090 is the new ti. We know that will change with the newer cards later. The 2080ti owners did get screwed badly on price, i think every 20x0 customer did. I had to buy because of needing the gpu compute side, i do occasionaly game but not as much as i used to.The 3080 would have a perfect card with nvlink and more memory. Yes the 3090 fits that perfectly but at 2.2x the cost.

Yep and don't refresh it too much as someone said here about a script cause you'll get locked out, was doing a test earlier of repeated F5 pressing lol after some attempts "Access Denied!" Had to wait a while for it to come back so be careful.

thats why I had Titan also as I used to render 4-7 hours of content a WEEK. That took 20 hours of processing constant.Haha I bet, don't know the performance difference of the 2 but your pretty much getting the 3080 for half price, it's a win win to be fair

Definite benefit using the Titan for that, If he's happy with it happy days, You'll be getting a 3080 at nearly half the price
I've spent the last two weeks totally emptying my loft and putting new lighting in etc.

Also, once the PSU manufacturers catch up and start providing "native" 12-pin cables, surely those can't void your warranty so will NVidia have some kind of validation programme for them?
