Sorted by the order numbers. Looks like ~1000 orders came through in the first 40 minutes. There is a big spike after 3pm which is likely due to more people managing to get through.
Hopefully I get my zotac card this month, if the order numbers are correct I am the 180th order or so.. If I don't get one this month then we are all screwed :(

Not as good as when Ill rub some salt in someones face if he gives me option when Ill be out shopping and make hes day even worse than it is hehehe. Nothing makes my day than having a good go at someone personally and watch him melt in fron of my eyes.
Well done, if that’s what you need to make you feel like a man, you go ahead princess

For reference, ocuk would usually get around 2k orders per week. I'm going by this by looking at my order history and the numbers jump around 2k every week (yes i order every week more or less for random bits watercooling lol).

It doesn't show in Orders on the site, only in the Order Received email you should have gotten
Lol, Didn't get an email, site was broken at the time. I had to manually use the webnote service when it came back up to get confirmation. However "586 4 57X 16:53 Hyper1on" is the same time as me.

I have just asked for a full confirmation by email from them as in, the one I would get when normally ordering.

Last year when the 2080s got released I prodded a little around the Nvidia website. There is a back end ( digital river ) which provides the service. I automated something to tell me when stock arrived and send me an email. I then used this to alert me and manually purchase one at the time when it came back in stock.

Fast forwards to now, I’ve been keeping an eye on it since I wanted a 3080, querying the API to see when they changed the inventory. The stock of the 3080s didn’t appear till around 4pm, but around 30 minutes before you could order the stock appeared in the inventory on the back end.

With a little bit of knowledge it wouldn’t have taken much to bypass the Nvidia front end website and to buy them directly.

Oddly I didn’t share this knowledge, yet clearly other people have gone through the same process and built and sold bots and used this to order countless cards which is very sad...

Nvidia have updated the website now, the product IDs provided through digital river no longer match the ones on the buy buttons.
At least now the nvlink product ID doesn't match what digital river api returns and also when you try add a 3080 now using the previous product id you get given a "invalid-product-id" error.

It also now instead of 1 url to add to your cart with a product ID its now a 3/4 step process, Get Session, Clear Cart (If needed), Add Product to Cart and then Load Checkout. Unsure if theres a way to get the new product Ids from the API or if its literally only tied to the buy button now.

Edit: Turns out I was accidentally trying to add the US product ID to a GB cart and thats why it was erroring, I'm a idiot :D

586 7 47X @ 21:11 - ETA at the time was showing 21/09 - The price jumped £40 on checking out as well
Yeah, ETA was the same for me too. That's why I gave the order from OCuk since the household is going for holiday end of the week and I need to get it by the 25th... Looks like I'll have to cancel this order too.

EDIT: Also my second order's price went up £40.
