StoreMi still useful for non-OS SSD& 4Tb HDD?

I've got a 500Gb WD Black NVME for my OS, a 1Tb Team SSD for my Steam drive and a 4Tb Barracuda for everything else (very little, really).

My question is, the 1Tb SSD is quickly being filled with my most played games. Would it be possible to purchase a smaller SSD, or 250Gb NVME (I have a spare M.2 slot) to use AMD StoreMi with, in order to speed up the 4Tb Barracuda?

Is there a sufficient performance increase to warrant the purchase, or am I better off swapping games in/out of the SSD from the HDD as they get played?

First accesses would happen at speed of HDD.
But next access of that same data would happen at speed of SSD, untill all frequently used data of for example game would be loaded from SSD.
Unless that data had been unused longest time for it to be evicted to make room for new data when cache fills.

Tine quarter TB pipsqueek drive would be waste of limited M.2 slots.
Would use plenty of ports SATA drive as cache drive.

One limitation of StoreMi, is that you can't use partition of SSD as cache, but instead it reserves whole drive.
Also it supports only one active caching operation at time.
