I just sold mine for £660 3 month old RMA EVGA Black
You did good, they are really not worth that much at this point.that's how much 3080 is worth which is a completely superior card regardless of availability.
also 3070 is out in few weeks for £450 which is slightly superior to 2080 ti,and 3060 ti is also under £450 and on par with 2080 ti.
whoever buys a 2080 Ti at this point for over £400 is making a loss.there is no question about that.

Buying new ? Yes, Very dumb, But if you can buy pre-owned for around £450 then yeah it's good, If you see anyone wanting more than £450 then forget it, Just wait the 2-3 weeks for the 3070, On par with the 2080 Ti with newer tech, £450 price tag and a 3 year warranty.

Whoever bought that must have been living under a rock with no knowledge of the new cards, Even a high end 2080 Ti is not worth anything over £450 anymore.

You won't be getting a 3070 for £450. Please stop the dreaming. If you are lucky you will get one at sub £500 by a penny. However, the price won't be the issue. The supply will be.

It's also (the 3070) not as fast as a 2080Ti. We already knew this, but Galax and Gigabyte let it slip by positioning it below the 2080Ti in their performance charts. And that could only be based on RT performance, which is not why you should be buying a card.

If you can get a 2080Ti for £500 or less and don't want a long wait, broken drivers, possible issues and etc then do it.
