Where is the cheapest place to buy fuji xf 23mm f2? e-infin has a good price but is out of stock.

May I ask why that particular lens? Have you considered the Viltrox 23mm f1.4? It's less expensive, has a stop more aperture and the online reviews suggest it's every bit as good as the XF 23mm 1.4 let alone the f2. I just picked one up and I love it.
Another very reasonably priced prime is the XC 35mm f2, however without knowing your use case I may be barking up the wrong tree.

Size and weather sealing were the two main pulls for it. Ive not seen a direct size comparison but just looking at the voltrox on camera bodies it seems quite sizeable.

Fair enough. The best I can suggest is there's one over on MPB for £314. It's in 'Good' condition which by MPB standards is basically brand new.
According to Amazon the diameter between the Viltrox and XF is pretty much the same however the Viltrox is 2cm longer .

Viltrox is AF and according to some reviews faster AF than the native XF 23mm 1.4.
