8.889 ns vs 10 ns first word latency

Is there a measurable or perceivable difference between ram with a first word latency of 8.889 ns vs 10 ns? Assume the CAS latency and speed are the same.

You probably won't notice it with the exeption of benchmarks. For gaming it may make a little difference unless your CPU bound.

Also if CAS latency and ram speed are the same then the latency in ns will be the same.

Can calculate ns easily by dividing CAS by the ram speed and then X2000.
