Not a judgement but I'd be a bit more weary of using a VPN to buy Cyberpunk 2077 cheaper on GOG as they are part of the same company as the Cyberpunk Devs.
Best double check their Terms of Sale, it'd be far easier and there's more reason for them to take action if it breaks them.

Nothing to be weary about. GoG have talked about this themselves, stating that they would prefer we didn't, with no mention of account bans or game removals etc.

In GoG's user agreement there is mention of it

"6.10. Please treat this system sensibly and don't exploit it (for example by using VPNs or other methods to manipulate how your location appears) – that's not cool."

However, as above they have commented on this a few times and as far as we know there hasn't been any drastic punishment.

They would prefer any payment over just plain pirating their DRM free products.
