Did you fellas in VM 1gig need an engineer visit when upgrading?

I thought I'd just get the hub4 delivered for self install but, they've booked an engineer.

No, it is now a self install but as with most high end Tiers at launch it was initially a engineer visit only, it could vary from area to area if levels etc are not spot on he would need test and adjust.

I read that that they do a wireless survey and leave you with range extenders if needed.
I used to do RFID wireless surveys at enterprise level so if the engineer does turn up he'll be getting sent in his merry way.

Also what Wifi6 clients do you have, I get approx 400Mbps from my iPhone/Ipad etc on 5Ghz and I can't think I've ever thought I wish they were faster, I'm on M500 and get approx 580/35 (up/down), I can stream 4k with etc so what's your use case?

Everything that I need to be faster is 10GigE wired (mainly between my PC and my NAS).

Mine dropped (area 30, Nottingham) earlier today and has since come back locked to 219Mbps on the home hub status. Rebooting does nothing.

This is with frugalusenet.com, £4.09 per month and as fast/faster then giganews or xsusenet. (my previous providers)

Very poor service yesterday and today, lots of cutting off and certain pages not loading. Socket errors.

Even the VM status page won't show up. Seems from 12pm-4pm went belly up but its still yoyo effect today.
