Complaining to Sky

Hi,

Does anyone know the best way to make a complaint to Sky?

I recently upgraded my Sky TV package on 30th September and agreed to a new deal for £73 a month which included Sky Signature, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports and BT Sports with Multiroom and UHD. However, according to my billing, it's totally incorrect and shows the monthly payments a lot higher to what I was offered. I actually have the entire conversation recorded as proof.

I called up Sky a few days later using the number on their complaints page (03300 413 019) to explain this and the person on the phone explained they could not do anyything and would have to send an email message to the customer service agent who offered me the deal. However, I never heard anything back.

Has anyone had any positive outcomes by other means of complaning to Sky? I'm not entirely sure what avenue to take in making my complaint.

Any help would be appreciated.
