Asbestos garage in block

Hi all.
Is removing an asbestos roof on a garage, when it’s in the middle of other garages , be an issue. I’m worried removal of the roof will Disturb asbestos in adjoining garages.
Also the gutter shared in all 8 garages is damaged and is asbestos. Would you have to move all the guttering or could I just concentrate on my part?

I assume you're replacing the roof? I would have thought you'd need to contact the other owners to arrange repairs for the common guttering. As if you removed and repaired it it's all on you and someone may take a funny turn about it all.
