Start at 3.8ghz at 1.35v and work your way up in 50mhz till it crashes then give it 1.4v and it should be stable, if not just go back down 50mhz. Would expect it to top out at 3.9-4.1ghz

You better forget overclocking with that cheap board's scam level VRM without even any cooling.
Even stock CPU under full all core load would push it very hard courtesy of no VRM heatsinks.
