Does such a thing exist? Most sites are terrible with listing whether the battery in a given chassis is quick removable or hard wired in; or if there's some way to not constantly run on battery even when charging.
Personally, I never ever use my laptops on battery power they just move between locations then get setup with a mains supply.
Only example I've found is the top end offering over at PCS which is beyond my budget at base price and has horrible spec in stock configuration so would end up at more like 2k in a config that makes sense.
