Has anyone recently used the microsoft warranty replacement for faulty controller (in my case A button) System is 10 months old

However I see some sites suggesting microsoft only provide only 90 day on accessories?

Was wondering what the issue is with postage costs to and from microsoft (if it is covered) and approx turn around time ( I don't have a spare to use)

Thanks

From what I remember when I returned my controller that was part of the system was it's 12 months warranty and I'm pretty sure collection and delivery is included.

I think there's an option to drop it off at a local agent ie newsagents for the courier to collect.

I've used it before, you definitely get 1year. I drop my stuff at my local UPS depot normally - doesnt cost anything - once you go through the process you can print off a postage label.

Turn around time I would expect 10days or thereabouts
