So jealous of all you lucky ***s. My Strix card is still c. 4 weeks away judging by the speed that my no. in the queue has been falling in the past 3 weeks!

Looking at the photo I posted has made it become apparent just how pitted the acrylic has become on the side windows from all the times I've moved it around (as well as the big scratch). Time for some acrylic polish. Doesn't look any where near that bad to the naked eye, but the photo has triggered my ocd I guess . And if the polish doesn't work, then it's time for a new case. Maybe an Enthoo 719.

Looks a bit like the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv case I used to have with acrylic. I used car scratch remover and a couple of glasses cloths and it looked better than new when I was done. Then again, any excuse for an upgrade!

I know, but I like the Orange interior - hmmm, excuse to also buy a new compressor for my airbrush perhaps!!??

I do have some acrylic polish that I used on my Rift S lens when I accidentally scratched one and it brought that up like new too. I might give it a shot, then I'll decide it doesn't look good enough just to really convince myself.

This is my life. A series of convincing myself I need to tinker away and upgrade.

This PC is all taken apart and has been sitting there patiently waiting for a 3090 and a new motherboard and CPU for about 2 months.

After modding all the case, I accidentally hit the eject button and the metal side panel went flying across the room.

I spent a good few days repainting and sorting that out.

Good to have a break from it, but I can see this winter getting some severe usage!

Then after the winter, the cycle of tinker and upgrade will no doubt begin again (if you make it that long). I know the feeling.

Hahaha, you and me both.. I believe we are subject to the same delay. An incident on the M25 causing closures early hours of this morning.
I'm near gatwick area. The "universe" really doesn't want us to have these cards

I'm guessing tomorrow for delivery now.
