Stumped - Which processor from these 4?

Hi all, looking at a SFF build....choice of 3 processors. No gaming at all and using onboard Intel UHD630 GPU - just for surfing, office, movies etc - just want best all round processor.

1) 9th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-9100T Processor (4 Cores, 4 Threads, 3.10 GHz turbo to 3.7 GHz, 6 MB Cache)

2) 9th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-9400T Processor (6 Cores / 6 Threads, 1.80 GHz turbo to 3.40 GHz, 9 MB Cache)

3) 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-8400T Processor (6 Cores / 6 Threads, 1.70 GHz turbo to 3.30 GHz, 9 MB Cache)

4) 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-8265U Processor (4 Cores / 8 Threads, 1.60 GHz turbo to 3.90 GHz, 6 MB Cache)

The whole cores/threads thing throws me as to what they are like in real world usage!

Would be my choice. Should be able to deal with all your wants with ease.

depends of difference between 8400/9400t as same core count and thread count .

no ryzen SFF options ?
