Yes, Gigabyte website can. For example on B550 PRO board:

https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/sp#sp
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550-AORUS-PRO-V2-rev-10/sp#sp

Seems both versions include a Type-C port on the rear, but V2 has add new F_U32C header:

"F_U32C (USB Type-C™ Header with USB 3.2 Gen 1 Support)
The header conforms to USB 3.2 Gen 1 specification and can provide one USB port."
Looks like Gigabyte have called it V2 rather than rev 2.0.

I was after the Gigabyte B550 ITX but the lack of front type c header (it's actually called type E header) put me off. My next go to is MSI but that one's got a fan on the chipset so that put me off.

also Repair is in EU, aorus is UK foor mobo's. come brexit may .

Does anyone know when these will be available to buy?

believe @GIGA-Man stated that V2 boards are at distributioon but up to resellers to list them up... guessing trying too clear their old stocks...

Kick in the teeth for anyone who bought those boards just a couple months ago.

kicker is another reseller is giving away free £100 500GB NVMe 4.0 m.2 with ordered boards now

hopefully ocuk gets on it!!

If I'm not mistaken, I think you have to purchase a MB and CPU to quality for the drive. Still a good deal though.

ah yes . guessing there's a push to clear some Zen2 stock haha . although price of Zen3. looks like Zen2 doesn't have to drop too much ! £170 for 3600 and £250 for 5600X :( £290 for 3700x and £420 for 5800x

AMD in a goood position to keep selling older chips unlike intel

You're right and by the time Zen 2 prices drop (if they ever do), all of these current deals will be expired!

For those in the know, if I pick up one of these V2 boards that has the bios flash button on the rear i/o, does that mean I could upgrade the board in preparation for Zen 3 without having to already own a Zen 2 chip?
