When i start game gpu usage is fine 95+usage. But when i more playing, moving on area, then it suddenly dropping to 60-70 and jumping 60-70-60-80% even when standing on the same place. Can you explain me this gpu usage jumping even when i not doing anything ,just standing? Is this game issue or my cpu?

I think it a game engine issue. Im getting 40fps on full 'can it run crysis' on my 3080 and the visuals aren't that impressive. I think i preferred the natural palette of the original.

Interesting comparison video here.

They remastered the crap console port so it's even missing the Ascension level because consoles couldn't handle it back in the day.
Hardly surprising it doesn't run properly

But how do you explain me that after 10-15 minutes of playing my gpu usage stuck at 40-50% at 1440P? I must restart game to fix usage. Hmm?

The game's CPU limited, just like the original. The CPU utilisation is particularly hammered by enemy AI. Chances are that when you first spawn, there are no enemies nearby, so you're probably briefly GPU limited. Once you've moved on a bit, you'll have encountered enemies and the CPU will be taking a hammering.

Nothing wrong with your system, it's just a crap remaster of a game that always had a creaky engine.
