Deep Fat Fryer... never had one, am I missing out?

You know there is this great gadget called an extractor fan, they mean when you cook things that smell, that that smell gets extracted. Also deals with the grease.

Chips in an air fryer. Will id rather not bother with chips of that was the only way to cook them in a glorified tiny fan assisted oven.

Of course I've heard of extractor fans...but they don't stop all the smell wafting around, nor do they succeed in extracting all the steam. Unless you've got an industrial/catering extractor fan immediately above the fryer, there's always going to be steam and that oily smell hanging around

Have you ever cleaned an extractor fan? you think that grease just...disappears?

They arent, at all, a complete solution.
Yes obviously I clean the filter on mine every week, that's where the grease goes.
If your still getting smells and grease in the house you need a better extractor.
