I'm stuck on my non OC TUF, bought at RRP of £649.99.

Everything else is at scalper prices, including upstanding retailers. So without spending more, (potentially to get a worse card) I'm left waiting, howling at the moon.

AMD will announce today, but who knows when those cards will be available, never mind in good volumes?

Obviously nobody knows till benchmarks but from leaks it looks better in everything but raytracing. Unfortunately dlss raytracying and nvenc are all big selling points for me personally but if amd can come out with something similar I might be tempted.

It looks like AMD card will perform better than 3080 when RT is turned off but falls behind RT is turned on but if the price is less than £550, I won't hesitate to jump ship

£599, available to pre-order from 2nd December, beats 3080 in selected tests, is trounced in others (e.g. RTX), runs incredibly hot, no good stock level until February 2021
