if there was only going to be an AMD release of the 69 then there would only be one price...

Makes sense as all next gen consoles with RDNA2 have 16GB vram, and the fact a Ryzen 5000 has direct access to GPU memory removes one of the largest barriers in pc gaming hardware currently.

RTX 3070 makes no sense to me. 6800 provides 15% more performance and double the VRAM.
How does a game perform with no smart memory access and rage and RT on?
6800XT is the best of the SKU.
