It can't be, Ubisoft doesn't publish their (major) games on Steam anymore. If it's similar to some of the games they've recently attached to GPUs, it's going to be a code you enter at a website (with GPUs it was Nvidia's Geforce Experience) that allows you to link your Uplay (or Ubisoft/Ubisoft connect) account with the website and it automatically adds the game to your Ubisoft account. So not something you can directly redeem at any gaming platform. It probably also has a check that you actually have hardware installed that is part of the promotion. In this case probably Ryzen 3000 series might do because those are also part of the Far Cry 6 promotion, and obviously Ryzen 5000 series (though not 5600X, it's not part of the promotion).

Yes, they are intentionally making it hard to re-sell these codes.

You can redeem the rewards key and sell the game key.

Intel got smashed in Guru3d 5950x review. :p

"We really cannot nag about anything else as both the Ryzen 5900X and 5950X are gems, never has single-threaded performance been this fast, never has multi-threaded performance been this fast, never (for AMD) has gaming performance been this fast. You've seen it, throughout the spectrum of possibilities from web browsing that becomes faster up-to complicated many threaded workloads for content creation, AMD will save you some time on any workload as it's simply put, the fastest product series."

Now i know why BFV was benchmarked using DX11 as with DX12 its still slower :D

But in all seriousness it appears the 5900x & 5950x are amazing as expected with multithreaded tasks but gaming wise still pretty much on par with the 10900k minus a few % either way at 1080p depending on what game. Also it seems as though 1440p or higher there on par
