Stuck compression fittings?

Hi, I have 3 barrow compression fittings with the ring stuck on the fitting. Not sure how this has happened as they are no tighter than my other fittings which seem to come off fine.

Any ideas or are these junk now?

Allen key? (can't remember if Barrow do hex fittings)

If really stuck you can usually get away with a pair of needle nose pliers but being careful not to damage the thread.

I've had this happen a few times, if they're still in the build and your loop is drained try cutting the tubes and unscrewing them I've found getting them in hand with a bit of tube still in allows them to twist off.

If they out without tubes, you could try warm water or WD40 perhaps? Failing that I'd tape them up to prevent scratches get some pliers on them for better grip.
